- When there are so many moments in anime, it can be truly challening to keep track of. Luckily, we have intel that gives us specific details on some of the more memorable ones and today, this moment comes from Bakemonogatari. This particular scene focuses on Koyomi Araragi, who performs a special ritual on Nadeko Sengoku to remove an "oddity."
- Nadeko Sengoku was obsessed with the "oddity" named Hebi. One day, white little Hebi suddenly appeared on her wrist and whispered many things. All of them are against Nadeko's character, but they are what Nadeko always seeks to do---unconsciously.
When she became manipulated heavily by Hebi and got into trouble, Koyomi eventually tries to reach out to save her. She secretly has a strong affection towards Koyomi, since she plays with him as his sister's friend during childhood. Finally Koyomi was advised by Meme Oshino, an expert of the "oddity", to perform a ritual with Suruga Kanbaru (she was obsessed with oddity "Hand of Ape" and saved by Koyomi) to take Hebi away from Nadeko. - After that, Hebi disappeared from Nadeko and everything seemed to be done. But no one could expect that it will appear in front of Nadeko and cause big trouble once again...
