Rouji is Muhyo’s assistant and has the lowest rank as a practitioner of magical law, a level 2 secretary. He has a kind yet unreliable personality, but he’s strong of heart.

Rio is a charismatic Artificier and Biko’s teacher. She can make artifacts as an artificier, but she cannot use them.

Biko (Yuu Abiko)

Biko is a former classmate of Muhyo’s and is an Artificier. She can easily make artifacts such as lids, pens, and other magical law documents.

Page is both the head of the investigations department and the Magical Law Association. He was Muhyo and Enchuu’s teacher and is Yoichi’s superior.
