What You Need to Know:
- Is recording label FlyingDog getting into the anime-making business? In celebration of their 10th annivesary, recording label giant FlyingDog has announced that they have an original anime moving in the works. Titled "Cider no you ni Kotoba ga Wakiagaru" (Roughly: "Words Rise Like Cider"), the movie is slated for a 2020 debut.
- The director is going to be Kyohei Ishiguro who worked on Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso & Kujira no Kora wa Sajou ni Utau. The scriptwriter is Dai Satou (Eureka Seven), the character designer is Yukiko Aikei (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso & Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon), music will be handled by Kensuke Ushio (Liz to Aoi Tori)、 and the animation studios in charge will be Signal.MD and Sublimation.
