What You Need to Know:

  • The two characters featured today include Chitose Imai and Nokia Shiramine. Chitose is a brand-new character who will be appearing in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory. He is an emotional hacking genius who creates his own digital tools as weapons to be used in information warfare. He is also the vice leader of the hacker group, Hudie. His partner Digimon is Ankylomon, an herbivorous Digimon with a brave spirit.
  • Nokia, who returns from Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, is a young girl with a strong sense of justice who establishes a close emotional bond to the Digimon she meets. Nokia is a girl who truly cares for Digimon, forming a team called ‘Rebellion’ to protect Digimon in the Digital World.
  • Also featured is Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory’s Territory Battle Quest system, which enables players to recruit characters to fight against hackers in unique battles with the goal of gaining more territorial control over the Digital World. Players must defeat enemy team leaders to secure their place in the Digital World. The Territory Battle Quest system also offers players the opportunity to interact with their team members and raise friendship levels in order to unlock special items and additional story elements.

I've always favored Digimon over Pokemon for some reason. I guess it's partly due to the story and how deep it gets, with a lot of it sharing some similarities to real life scenarios.

I do enjoy the more down to the earth style of Digimon more than Pokemon, but I can't deny my love for the Pokemon series. It's just too good to pass up.
