What You Need to Know:
- If Mobius Final Fantasy wasn't challenging enough for you, the folks at Square Enix have decided to step it up a notch with a newly introduced hard mode.
- Starting today, fans can follow the Azure Witch and embark for Primordia once again in the new “Chapter I: Blank Slate (Hard Mode),” which will allow players to join grueling battles and fight tougher enemies for a chance to earn increased rewards. It's second chapter, “Chapter II: Hope and Prophecy (Hard Mode)” will be available to all players on May 23.
- The May update will also come packed with brand-new Ability Cards and a new Supreme Card, new multiplayer “Taunt” cards featuring Cerberus, Vanadis, Loxley, Titania, Jupitera and Sabnock will allow players to provoke and force enemies to attack. I guess players just didn't feel challenged enough, so Square decided to give them what they asked for.
Let's see if players will say this hard mode isn't challenging enough, then Square release a nightmare mode. Now that would be funny.
