- Production of a sequel of "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica" (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) was announced at the event "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Anniversary Stage" on April 25. The movie, titled "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 4: Walpurgis no Kaiten" will be a continuation of the story. A key visual and PV were also unveiled at the event.
- As the title suggests, the 4th Madoka Magica movie will focus on the Witch of Walpurgis—Homura's perpetual enemy. The prequel "Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 3: Hangyaku no Monogatari" cast a new mystery and this new movie will definitely bring MadoMagi fans into a world they've never seen.
