- On 9/3, "ONE PIECE" released its 100th volume at last. ONE PIECE Staff Official Twitter has celebrated this achievement with some commemorative illustrations drawn by Eiichiro Oda. He has also published a comment saying, "These 100 volumes are what I have worked for all of my life. Probably some fans who own all the volumes think "ONE PIECE takes up much room!", but for me, they are too small for my 24 years of drawing. This is shaped by your and my imagination. I will guide you all until the end of the story by doing my best."
- At the same time, the title logo & script for the "ONE PIECE" live action version have been released on Twitter. Looking at the cover of the script, it was revealed that its 1st episode's tentative title is "ROMANCE DAWN -Dawn of Adventure-", which is the same as the first chapter of the original manga.
