- Very big news has been released for ONE PIECE. Starting August 6th in 2022, the latest ONE PIECE movie "ONE PIECE FILM RED" will be in theaters! It will be produced and feature an original story by Eiichiro Oda, the legendary creator of "ONE PIECE", and the director is Goro Taniguchi, well known for his work on "Code Geass". In addition, the script writer is Tsutomu Kuroiwa, who also worked on "Kingdom" and "ONE PIECE FILM GOLD".
- At the same time, a teaser visual was released which depicts the movie's original character designed by Eiichiro Oda against a red background. They wear a headset microphone and sing toward the sky, but other details are unknown.
- On the other hand, the promo video shows the original character, who seems to play an important part in the movie, with score lines floating over from an old music sheet. It also shows Shanks, who inspired Luffy to go on to his long journey, at the end of the video. The scene impresses upon the audience a feeling that there will be "the dawn of new legend"...! What waits for Luffy and Straw Hat Pirates? and what is the secret of "red"?
