Ore ga Oujousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets Sareta Ken Preview / Plot (No Spoilers)
In the mountains lies a school exclusively for the young ladies of high society families where they are taught just what a lady should know. This has caused them to be quite innocent and naive, unaware of the world outside the school, which has led to disaster upon graduation as these girls are just not equipped for school. To fix this problem, the school has decided to introduce these high class ladies to a male commoner.
Kagurazaka Kimito is the first unfortunate male commoner to be brought into the school to teach these young ladies about the commoners in the outside world. The only problem is that the school believes he is a homosexual with a thing for muscles! Now, Kimito must teach these naive young girls what it means to be a commoner without giving into those urges that only teenage boys know about or risk castration!
What is Ore ga Oujousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets Sareta Ken Like? This Anime is for people like what?
Shomin Sample has a very unique plot revolving around teaching girls the aspects of being a commoner. The anime follows a young teenage boy with the misfortunate of being given this job with his livelihood on the line.
If you watch this anime at face value, Shomin Sample is just not the right anime for you. Shomin Sample is an anime for people who love naive characters, stupid antics, and can take a joke about the working class. Don't be quick to get offended if you are in the working class! It's all in good fun.
What’s so appealing about this piece of work.
Shomin Sample does a good job at cracking jokes using the commoner lifestyle in conjunction with curriculum for the wealthy girls. Nothing is overly outrageous that you won't understand the jokes as a viewer.
While the idea of the wealthy learning about the common lifestyle isn't actually new in anime, Shomin Sample still manages to make this idea entertaining while implementing the usual harem structure without boring viewers. Shomin Sample is an anime good for a few laughs and casual viewing, but it still manages to maintain its entertainment value.

Ore ga Oujousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets Sareta Ken Main Characters List
Shiodome Hakua
Voice Actor :Kuwahara, Yuuki
Shiodome Hakua is voiced by seiyuu Kuwahara Yuuki. Hakua is the residential genius who rarely attends class and spends all day in the confines of her room due to her disinterest in socializing. While many may wonder if Hakua is a kid genius, she is actually 14 years old with the appearance of a small child.
Hakua is a fun little character despite her reserved personality! Hakua tends to be quiet and unemotional, but she has an eccentric personality that puts her on top! Her favorite thing to do is stripping down especially when she gets into her work! It must help with the thought process.
Kujou Miyuki
Voice Actor :Oonishi, Saori
Voiced by Onishi Saori, Kujou Miyuki is a fan favorite in Shomin Sample! If you're a maid fanatic, then you might just like Miyuki. While she is supposed to be Kimito's personal maid, her behavior is actually quite unbecoming of a proper maid.
Miyuki is quick to punish Kimito should he do anything wrong and seems to always have an eye to ensure he is behaving correctly. Then she kisses him awake in the morning! Miyuki is a woman of many mysteries, but there's a reason why she's one of the favorite characters in Shomin Sample!
Kagurazaki Kimito
Voice Actor :Tamaru, Atsushi
Our main protagonist, Kagurazaki Kimito is a unique character. He's the poor sap who got roped into being the only male student, as well as commoner, at a school for young ladies. With his manhood literally on the line, Kimito is given the job of teaching these high society ladies just how to interact in regular society and around men.
Kimito's got a big job on his hands but handles the job fairly well. He teaches them things he likes as a commoner including video games and manga, while also getting them to do a few odd things merely for jest. Although he seems like a joke sometime, Kimito does his job well and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is able to get along and become friends. He's your basic good guy that every harem needs!

Ore ga Oujousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets Sareta Ken Review
Shomin Sample is an anime that takes elements that are not new to anime and pieces them together to create a fun anime that'll keep you entertained throughout the series! While I won't go so far as to say that Shomin Sample was the best anime, but you'll never be bored while watching Shomin Sample. That's for sure.
First, let's take a look at the characters. Shomin Sample has the basic harem structure meaning you have your moe characters, but each character is enjoyable in their own way. Although the cast is mainly made up of females, you never have a moment when you think that a certain character is irritating the way you do in other harems. Most of the characters are entirely likeable, even Aika who sometimes feels like she goes out of her way to be alone.
The story for Shomin Sample itself never seems to deviate from its initial premise. There is no real story going on otherwise. The anime plays off of the girls’ naivety and reactions to all things "commoner," but aside from that, there isn't a lot going on in the background, which makes it a great anime for casual viewing. The only real conflict that occurs in Shomin Sample occurs within the last two episodes. The resolution for the conflict was simple, but the characters' attempts at resolving the problems involved a compilation of different gags in the anime making it a great wrap up for the end!
Overall, Shomin Sample wasn't an anime involving a complex plot, cliffhangers and plot twists, but it's an enjoyable school life anime that is good for those days when you just want to relax.
1. Virtual Girlfriend
It's a wonder really what things the girls are being taught in their Commoner's Club. One thing that they were introduced to was the virtual girlfriend! Yes, when you just cannot get yourself to ask a girl out or you just want some companionship, you can turn to your virtual girlfriend via gaming console. You can take her out on a date or stay in and just talk. It's truly a piece of the commoner lifestyle that these ladies had the opportunity to learn.
In all seriousness, though, it is pretty funny to watch these girls interact with the gaming device and learn the ways of the virtual girlfriend. I won't go so far as to agree that it is a staple in any commoner's life, but it does exist and knowing about it doesn't hurt!
2. Shomin Land
Welcome to the land of commoners of past and present! The girls are brought to Shomin Land, which is actually the city, where they are introduced to things like crosswalks, arcades, and the world of fast food. Who knew life could be so thrilling?
It's funny to watch the girls attempt to order a hamburger for the first time or play arcade games like the UFO catcher or DDR. They are just so out of their element. On the other hand, Kimito is so into his element that he seems to burn with passion over something as miniscule as a burger. Ah, what different worlds they seem to live in.
3. Muscle Men
My favorite part of Shomin Sample was the inclusion of the muscle men! While it is a running gag in Shomin Sample to have Kimito falsely fawning over the muscle men in an effort to save his manhood, it is even better when these brawny guys actually show up in the anime! You never expect it and it is a crack up to see them at work. You have to love how they work together and stop to pose. They love their muscles almost as much as Kimito says he does.
Shomin Sample is an enjoyable for everyone to watch! Once you gave it a shot, you'll find you like it even more than you initially thought. It's a silly anime worth watching when you've got some time to spare. It's light hearted for those times when you just want to kick back and relax, but it's not so slow paced that you'll get bored.
This anime fan gives it a thumbs up and says it's worth watching! Sometimes, you just want a little silliness in your life!
