What You Need to Know:
- Two ten-minute anime films are being produced by Pony Canyon as part of Saga Prefecture Cultural Affairs Division's plan to promote tourism.
- The first will be a romance story set in the town of Arita, entitled 'The Promised Vessel: Arita's First Love'. The second, 'Winter Promise, Summer Festival: Takeo's Big Camphor Tree', is the tale of two youngsters who watch over and protect a large tree in Takeo City.
- Not only will these shorts be directed by Junji Nishimura (Ranma ½, Dog Days'), it has also been announced that Nobunaga Shimazaki (Haruka Nanase from Free!), Nao Touyama (Chitoge Kirisaki from Nisekoi), Hiro Shimono (Shou Kurusu from UtaPri), and Saori Hayami (Yukino Yukinoshita from OreGairu) will be playing the major voice acting roles!
