About "PokéMiku"
In 1996, the video game Pokémon was released.
In 2007, the vocal synthesis software featuring Hatsune Miku was released.
PokéMiku is a collaborative project between two franchises that have enriched both the real and virtual worlds.
Since its launch on August 31, 2023, we’ve been collaborating with a diverse group of creators who continue to explore new forms of expression by sampling music from the Pokémon series to create songs and music videos performed by Hatsune Miku and her friends, as well as creating illustrations such as the “18 Variations of Hatsune Miku & her Pokémon.”
About Pokémon
Pokémon, short for Pocket Monsters, are mysterious creatures shrouded in secrets.
The franchise began in 1996 with two games for GameBoy, Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green. The games are packed with elements such as the “collectible” aspect of catching and raising pokémon, and the “social” aspect of trading and battling with friends.
The franchise has since become a worldwide phenomenon, expanding to include card games, TV anime and movies, apps, and merchandise.

A software that allows anyone to create songs by entering lyrics and melodies, developed by Crypton Future Media, Inc.
It quickly became a major movement as numerous creators began making music with “Hatsune Miku” and uploading the songs online.
Since gaining attention as a character, “Hatsune Miku” now performs as a virtual singer with live performances and merchandise, with their popularity spreading worldwide.
