Synopsis
The psychic Saiki Kusuo is always involved in troubles because he is a psychic. He deals with troubles with his special ability, and tries not to stand out as much as possible when spending time at school. But regardless of his thoughts, people around him cause several troubles...!?

Kusuo Saiki: Hiroshi Kamiya
He is the protagonist and can use any psychic powers. He has pink hair and some mysterious objects that protrude on top of his head. To hide the fact he is a psychic, he keeps a distance apart from the people around him. His favorite food is a coffee jelly and he hates bugs.
Riki Nendou: Daisuke Ono
He is a kind classmate of Kusuo who is often avoided for looking like a delinquent, and speaks before he thinks. He is the only person whom Kusuo cannot read his mind because he never ever thinks about one thing. He calls Kusuo "my buddy", and often invites him to go to the ramen shop (but avoided by Kusuo).
Shun Kaidou: Nobunaga Shimazaki
He is a typical chuuni. He calls "Jet-Black Wings", who fights with the organization "Dark Reunion" (this exists inside of his head). He is an introvert and sometimes cannot keep his chuuni settings. He is good at academics.
Kineshi Hairo: Satoshi Hino
He is a class representative and very passionate. He is often too passionate because he speaks highly about never giving up. He is both good at academics and sports, and many of his classmates trust him for being earnest.
Reita Toritsuka: Natsuki Hanae
He is a psychic who can see ghosts since he was little. He becomes the apprentice of Kusuo to use psychic powers to make his greedy intentions come true. People around him sometimes avoid him because he is too honest to his greed.
Kokomi Teruhashi: Ai Kayano
She is a beautiful girl, who is like a model, and she is so beautiful that every man who sees her says "Offu....". She does whatever it takes to stay beautiful. She has an evil personality.
Takumi Iguchi: Kousuke Toriumi
He is an earnest and wonderful teacher, but he is also a pervert. He is in charge of Kusuo's class. Even by doing what is right, he looks suspicious for everything he does because of his apparent lewdness.
Hii Suzumiya: Nao Toyama
She looks normal, but actually, she is an unlucky girl. She transfers to Kusuo's school. She is so unlucky that she once ran over by the hearse.
