Synopsis
Nozomi Onda has officially become a high school soccer player. After her experience with the boy’s team during her time at Fuji 1st Junior High School, she has enrolled at Warabi Seinan High School and joined the girl’s soccer team. But, it turns out the team has never won a regional tournament?! This year’s additions show promise, however. The light-footed wing, Sumire Suou, and the 3rd ranked female soccer player in Japan, Midori Soshizaki, have joined the team while former Japanese women’s soccer legend Naoko Yoshimi is taking over as coach!
Coach Yoshimi has found the perfect opponent for their first match: Japan’s top-ranked Kunoki Academy! Now, the girls of Warabi Seinan’s soccer team must band together to overcome an onslaught of powerful foes!
Even if she’s doomed to be left out, misunderstood, and always compared to her male counterparts, Nozomi keeps pressing forward out of love for the sport.
Brought together by fate, eleven girls take to the field and aim for high school soccer glory!
