Synopsis
The U-17 World Cup has finished and the players go back to their daily lives. At Hyōtei Academy the story centers on Yoshida who takes over as captain. The second years, Otori, Kabaji and others get the team moving as the third year students watch over them. Meanwhile, Atobe Conglomerate opens their new tennis courts in Shonan. Atobe nominates Rikkai University Junior High School as the most suitable school for an exhibition match. While carrying the hardships of Nationals in their hearts, not as champions but as challengers, a new determination burns within Yukimura and his teammates. With Kirihara and others as the next era of Rikkai, those feelings take over and they accept Atobe’s challenge. At the previous competition it wasn’t in the cards for them to face off against each other. This will be the final match for the junior high school third years and the second years are carrying the future of the team on their shoulders. A dream game where each of those feelings intersects begins!!

Keigo Atobe: Junichi Suwabe
The captain of Hyōtei Academy’s tennis team. With unparalleled charisma and skills, he’s the guy who stands at the top of the 200 members on the team. He has a diverse arsenal of techniques at his disposal and always wins his matches by seizing the initiative.
Seiichi Yukimura: Sachiko Nagai
Captain of the tennis team at Rikkai University Junior High School. He’s a nobleman on the tennis court who leads the strongest and ever winning Rikkai tennis team. His ability has earned him the nickname “Child of God.”
Yushi Oshitari: Hidenobu Kiuchi
A member of the Hyōtei Academy tennis team. He doesn’t let his opponents sense any of his emotions. He’s the genius of Hyōtei who always stays cool, calm, and collected.
Ryo Shishido: Toshiyuki Kusuda
A member of the Hyōtei Academy tennis team. No matter what kind of adverse situation he’s in, he’s a mentally tough guy who can clear a path through hard work and effort. Even though Hyōtei has a strict policy of dropping anyone from their regular spot if they lose a match, Shishido, who was once utterly defeated, was able to return as a regular player due to his mental fortitude and determination.
Gakuto Mukahi: Souichiro Hoshi
One of the members of Hyōtei Academy’s tennis team. He takes advantage of his extraordinary jumping ability and flexibility to perform acrobatic maneuvers on the court. He’s Mr. Acrobatic, who entrances spectators with his aesthetic jumps and flips.
Genichiro Sanada: Taiten Kusunoki
The vice-captain of Rikkai University Junior High School’s tennis team. An extremely strict iron man who refuses to give in or be defeated. During Yukimura’s absence, he unified the team with an iron fist. His teammates put a lot of faith in him.
Renji Yanagi: Eiji Takemoto
A member of the Rikkai University Junior High School tennis team. He’s a Data Tennis player who doesn’t talk much and is cool and level-headed. As a staff officer at Rikkai, he is the foundation of the tennis team and supports them from a distance.
Masaharu Niou: Yuki Masuda
A member of the Rikkai University Junior High School tennis team. He plays flexibly and unpredictably, and always exercises control over opponents. He is called "A swindler in the tennis court".
