- It has been announced that the voice actor of the protagonist of “Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou (The Misfit of Demon King Academy)” will be replaced in the second season. In the 1st season, the main character Anos Voldigoad was played by Tatsuhisa Suzuki, famous for being the husband of anime song singer LiSA, but the official website said he won't be playing Anos anymore.
- "The Misfit of Demon King Academy" is an academy fantasy story created by Aki. Anos Voldigoad, infamous for his cruelty, got tired of the successive battles killing people, spirits, and gods and decided to reincarnate into the world 100 years in the future, dreaming that he would be reborn into a peaceful world. After reincarnation, he climbs up the ladder of the demon race hierarchy once again in Demon King Academy.
- The 1st season aired July 2020 and the 2nd season will air with 2 parts. The official website issued a comment saying, "We set up the meeting to ask Tatsuhisa Suzuki to play Anos again via his production company, but he decided to stop appearing in this anime. We really appreciate him for playing Anos".
