Synopsis
The Far East Extraterritorial Special District, commonly known as 24-ku, is an artificial floating island in Tokyo Bay.
Shuta, Ran, and Koki were born and raised there, and although they have very different backgrounds, hobbies, and personalities, they were inseparable as children. However, a certain incident drastically changed their relationship.
One year later, when the three of them happen to meet up at a memorial mass for the incident, all of their phones ring at once. It’s an incoming call from an old friend who should be dead.
He is forcing them to choose the future. The three boys try to protect their beloved hometown and its people in a way that they believe in.

Shuuta Aoi: Junya Enoki
The son of a baker in 24-ku. He works out every day and has excellent reflexes. He used to be Mr. 24, a hero who protected the town, but these days he spends his time helping out at his parent’s bakery. He is childhood friends with Ran and Koki.
Ran Akagi: Yuma Uchida
The leader of DoRed, a group of artists in 24-ku. He is a popular influencer who conveys his messages through graffiti art livestreams. He is childhood friends with Shuta and Koki.
Koki Kido: Kaito Ishikawa
The heir to the Suido Conglomerate. From a young age, he was given a first rate education. He is always calm and people often look to him for leadership. He is childhood friends with Shuta and Ran.
Asumi Kido: Manaka Iwami
Koki’s younger sister and a childhood friend of Shuta and Ran. She has a cheerful and pure personality and is well-liked by not only the three boys but everyone in 24-ku. However, she loses her life during a certain incident.
Mari Sakuragi: Yui Makino
A popular salesgirl at Itadaki, a popular okonomiyaki restaurant in 24-ku. She’s a childhood friend of Shuta, Koki, and Ran. She has a strong character and is working hard to develop her own type of okonomiyaki, the “Mari Special.”
Kinako: Nanami Tomaru
A crossdressing young man who works at Yumihari Yu, the town public bathhouse. As a big fan of Ran, he joins DoRed and helps with his artist activities.
Sakiko Tuzuragawa: Hitomi Nabatame
Chief researcher at the Central Information Center and Koki’s chaperone.
