The art and story of this manga give us the impression of how a Harry Potter series mix with Maze Runners. This series is recent, and we can’t wait to see how the story develops and understand the purpose behind it.

She finds herself like Lewis Carroll’s eternally young Alice in a world where the voices she hears most clearly are the ones in nature. This is the story of how Morimura feels like she is living in a different but, incredible world.

The manga is interesting as we get to see how a human who could understand animals interact with them while experiencing difficulties in communicating with humans. Even with the difficulties Morimura has in her life, there are comedy elements that make this story lively and you want to get out there and reconnect with nature after a long winter.

How hard can it be?

The story does bring realistic events of how mangaka goes through to submit their work to publishers and receives feedback. Most of us know that it isn’t easy to get the result you’re looking for, and you just have to earn it. The mangaka has placed a good balance of simple and detailed work of art into specific areas to allow readers to appreciate every little detail along with the story development.

7. Majo-kun to Watashi (The Wizard and Me)

The occult research members decide to find a way to help Uta how to control his magic.

The manga depicts how difficult it is to avoid your magic from hurting anyone when you couldn’t control it in the first place and how it feels to be abnormal to others. Surely, one of us is eager to have magic implemented in our school days to make things lively in a good way.

Feeling as if there is a special connection between them, Haruyosa reciprocates her feelings. This is the story of how meaningful encounters change one’s life.

This manga may be short, but such a short story is more than enough to bring tears to your eyes as you get to know the characters and what they have been through together. The art has a good balance of contrast that allows readers to differentiate the surroundings and the characters, but at the same time, bringing them together as a whole and display their emotions.

Neither of them has any interest in forming a romantic relationship, but they decide to pretend and go along with the political marriage to end the war. The main issue at hand is that neither of them knows how lovers interact with each other. Now, they have one year to prepare for their plan to succeed.

This manga depicts how, to most people, people who started a relationship for the first time and being nervous around your crushes then slowly getting to know each other further as they progress. Overall, this manga provides a nostalgic experience when it comes to first love for readers, or reminds us how awkward and clumsy we are, or not, if you’re a confident person to begin with.

The art style of the manga emphasis more on fantasy and a tinge of comedy in a background setting. It made us feel like we’re in another world and enjoy nature and spirits. The actions and gestures look adorable and wholesome that makes you smile as you read along.

Now, how will Tetsu tackle with this development?

To our surprise, the mangaka knows how to transition the art style to specific situations and emotions. The approach is well done and struck us home. You will get to see all kinds of personalities from the characters and it can be confusing sometimes, but we highly recommend readers to take it slow as many things are happening as the story progress.

Final Thoughts

Spring season, when it comes to manga and real-life scenarios, is more towards romance and enjoy the view of cherry blossoms. To us, cherry blossom trees are like a gathering spot for humans like to celebrate and thank them for bringing such an event like this to the present. Remember that you’re not alone in this world as you have family, friends and your significant other, who will always be there to support you.
