Power doesn’t always mean strength, and Black Maria is the living proof of that. Black Maria ate the Kumo Kumo no Mi, Model: Rosamygale grauvogeli, which allows her to transform into a gigantic ancient spider. She is part of the Tobiroppo and owns a brothel in Wano. Obviously, the brothel also acts as a lure for her victims.

Although her combat strength is arguable, she is very cunning. During Straw Hats’ fight with Kaido, Black Maria was able to lure Sanji into her den, which shouldn’t be surprising knowing Sanji’s vulnerabilities. Still, if it had been Zoro or Luffy, things would probably have gone into a different path.

Another member of the Tobiroppo, Who’s-Who has eaten Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Saber Tiger. He’s an offensive Devil Fruit user that has formidable strength. He also has a good enough intellect, as he managed to lure Drake into an ambush, although it’s Queen’s plan.

Given that Who’s-Who’s devil fruit allows him to turn into a sabertooth tiger, his feline body is terrifyingly huge in his complete animal form. Although he doesn’t seem much, it’s also said that Who’s-Who also has the strength to challenge and possibly take down one of the All-Stars.

Page One is Ulti’s younger brother and is also part of Tobiroppo. His Devil Fruit is called Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Spinosaurus, which logically allows him to transform into a spinosaurus. Having an ancient dinosaur devil fruit, Page One is incredibly resilient. Even after taking hits from Sanji, who was wearing his Raid Suit, and Luffy’s Gear Third, he manages to still stand up straight.

In addition to that, defense and being a punching bag isn’t just what Page One is good at. He also has strong jaws and a tail that wreaks havoc wherever he goes in his animal form. On the other hand, Page One somehow can’t seem to free himself from the clutches of his sister.

As stated earlier, Ulti is Page One’s older sister. Similar to Page One, Ulti is also a dinosaur type Zoan. Ulti ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, which allows her to transform into a pachycephalosaurus. A pachycephalosaurus is a dinosaur with a dome-shaped bony forehead.

Although Ulti likes driving her brother like a slave, she’s by no means a pushover. Her specialty, headbutts, can easily knockout strong opponents. Just like her brother, she also has immense strength and durability. She even managed to render Luffy immobile after getting a hold of his shoulder. She also quickly recovers even after getting hit by Yamato’s full attack.

Sasaki is almost an impregnable fortress. He ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Triceratops. He also considered X Drake to be his friend only to be betrayed. However, that doesn’t mean he’s weak. In fact, he has managed to hold Yamato at bay. Even though Yamato is handicapped protecting Momonosuke, it’s still not an easy feat to stop her from rampaging with her monstrous strength. Also, Sasaki managed to push back General Franky.

Being able to transform into a triceratops, Sasaki’s defense is almost impossible to penetrate. He’s extremely sturdy. In addition to that, his ancient Zoan Devil Fruit also grants him strength enough to keep Yamato at bay and knock back General Franky.

X Drake is a bit of a tricky character. It’s arguable that X Drake is part of the Beast Pirates since he’s really working for the government. On the other hand, it doesn’t erase the fact that X Drake has been part of the Beast Pirates, so we’re including him on this list.

X Drake has consumed Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus and can transform into an allosaurus at any time. As part of the Worst Generation, X Drake is the first one in the series that showed us the existence of these ancient Zoans. And as part of the Worst Generation, his strength is nothing to laugh or scoff at. Heck, he even managed to fight with Zoro to a draw.

Queen is one of the three All-Stars in the Beast Pirates. He ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus, which gave him the ability to transform into a gigantic, long-necked dinosaur. Unlike the Tobiroppo, Queen is a far more important character. He’s in charge of the Prisoner Mine, where Luffy wreaked havoc.

Pure strength alone did not make Queen formidable. Queen also has great medical knowledge. While Kaido was fighting the nine red scabbards, Queen kept the ones at the bottom by creating a virus that covers the infected in ice. In a cruel game where the only antidote is at stake, he managed to hold everyone back. He’s also the one who came up with the plan to ambush X Drake.

Another All-Stars is Jack, who ate the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth. As a grouper fish-man, Jack has innate strength. It’s further proven when he alone manages to push the entire Zou into a corner. As idiotic as it sounds, he has even tried to make Zou fall, literally. He wanted to bring the elephant by attacking its knees. Had he succeeded and the elephant’s head became visible, he’ll land the finishing strike. He even manages to injure both Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, and we all know how strong both of those are. What’s more is that Jack didn’t even suffer severe injuries.

When the Big Mom Pirates have almost reached Wano, it was King that Kaido sent. Sure enough, it was the correct choice. King, having eaten Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, has the ability to fly. Even when faced with Big Mom and her children, he still manages to kick Big Mom into the water and escape unscathed. He also even fought with Marco the Phoenix alongside Queen. Although he didn’t manage to take Marco down, Marco also didn’t manage to take him down.

What’s intriguing about King is that he belongs to a race that’s yet to be revealed. Even Big Mom was interested in him and offered him a place in her family.

Obviously, Kaido is the strongest among the Beast Pirates. Stating the obvious, he is the captain, as well as Yonkou. Kaido has eaten a mythical Zoan Devil Fruit called Uo Uo no Mi, which allows him to transform into an Eastern dragon. When Kaido was first introduced into the series, he’s branded as someone who can’t die. He even tried to jump from a sky island, and yet, he still managed to come out of that situation unscathed.

Kaido and Luffy have also fought once, although it can hardly be considered a fight. Luffy confronted Kaido, he got beat with a single attack. What’s more, is that Luffy didn’t even manage to injure Kaido. However, there’s one person who managed to injure him -- Oden Kozuki. But Oden, a man who has traveled with Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger has also fallen into the hands of Kaido albeit a bit dirty.
