Characters are the heart of any great story, and it is their unique traits that make them stick with us, making us remember them long after we have watched the show. For some characters, it can be the simplest of traits that connect us to them! Even being able to see ourselves represented in a character’s appearance can allow us to identify with them more.
Today, we decided to look at some of the tallest women in anime. These characters are remembered for their height. But they are also remembered for who they are and what they contribute to their anime as a whole. Though not all of these women are abnormally tall in a reality, they are often seen as tall because of the people they are surrounded by. Here are some of the tallest women in anime!

But with an evil group seeking this powerful relic as well, the rest of the Sailor group isn’t certain if this magical aid is worth the cost of human lives…
One of the newcomers searching for the Talismans, Haruka Tenrou, is Sailor Uranus; the tallest member of the Sailor Guardians. She is often mistaken for a man based on her appearance and is also one of the top race car drivers in Japan, which can make her a little arrogant from time to time. She is quite strong and skilled in martial arts, in addition to her immense speed. Though she is not incredibly tall on her own, compared to the other Sailor Guardians she is the tallest member.

Risa is a bubbly and outgoing girl in appearance, though she hides her insecurities about her height and her not-so-girly personality.
