- The official website for World Trigger announced on December 19th that the 2nd season, which will start on January 9th, will be a single cours and that the release date of the 3rd season would be announced later.
- In the 2nd season, members of the planetary nation Galopoula will attack the Border headquarters and that Yuma and Osamu B-class members will compete with each other in the B-class rank battle.
