Demons in the world of Yakusoku no Neverland have established themselves as a superior race. Thanks to their extreme skill, regeneration powers from feeding and constantly evolving power, it's understandable why no entity so far has stood a chance against these mighty creatures. However, as we learned in chapter 151, humanity doesn't just give up when facing a stronger foe. Norman's team have begun their attack and while at first it seems laughable they stand against the queen after Geelan just got annihilated with ease, we find out Norman anticipated this. Geelan might have lost, but he still tired the queen out and that allowed our human warriors to keep her constantly busy so she couldn't regenerate and regain her strength. Then the important blow was dealt when one of the swords pierced our demon queen unleashing a poison on our demon queen! Norman's plan is going down without a hitch with makes us wonder…can Emma do anything at this point to stop this plan so far into motion. While we continue to rattle our brains on this recurring question—seriously we've asked this a few times—let us talk about this amazing battle that took place in the 151st chapter of Yakusoku no Neverland!
1. Humans vs Demon
Yakusoku no Neverland has taught us in the first few chapters that fighting against demons seems like a losing battle. Stronger, faster and overall superior these monsters have humans for literal food so how could we stand against a force such as that? Well, chapter 151—and more recent chapters—have proven humans aren't to be taken lightly. Thanks to a mixture of intellect and will, our human party lead by Norman was able to inflict a seriously crippling blow on the queen and might do even worse to those within the capital! The fight alone was so amazing to read that if you don't care about what is currently happening in Yakusoku no Neverland the fight will make up for that.
2. Poison Runs Deep
There has been a lot of theories on what the poison does to the demons and we've only gotten a small glimpse of its damage. Now with the queen being directly hit by it the effects probably will be more productive and might give humanity a true death blow towards their demon oppressors.
Final Thoughts
A big event has befallen the demons in chapter 151 of Yakusoku no Neverland! The queen has been affected by Norman's poison and what that will ultimately do for the demons of the capital is unknown. Will this ailment destroy them internally or will the poison be curable and or useless on the behemoth of a demon? Norman has unleashed a flurry of plans and so far, none of them have failed.
