I'm going with Bendy and the Ink Machine here. I loved it so much.

First of all, the aesthetic is really creepy and the early 2000's graphics add to that. Then, there's a creepypasta about Majora's Mask. Also, the theory about Link being dead, and Link in this game is only a child. So yeah, a creepy game and strange music!
