The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc has definitely not disappointed us fans of the series. We’ve enjoyed seeing the various battles Tatusya Shiba has gone through in this second season but one of the better fights wasn’t between him and another enemy but between his sister—Miyuki—and a new character called Lina. The fourth episode has the two powerful mages duke it out and the fight truly is memorizing as Lina uses various speed based close quarter attacks while Miyuki unleashes numerous elemental spells. The battle ends with the intervention of Tatsuya but we sort of wish big bro would have let the fight go on a bit longer…

While its clear as day Iska and Alice have feelings for one another—despite being enemies—that doesn’t stop them from realizing they are still from two different sides. However, Alice and Iska end up using a temporary truce when an ancient enemy enters their world via a vortex. In episode 3 the pair face off against the Nebulis Founder who has been revived from her crystal-like state. Alice and Iska alone clearly can’t win against this powerful mage but combined, their skills take her down and allow the world to be freed from a threat that could reset all of their efforts for peace. This battle was intense with plenty of action for those who need a good chill-inducing anime fight!

Akudama Drive has shaped up to be the most intense action show of the fall 2020 anime season and finding which fight was the best wasn’t an easy job. Then we remembered episode 6 where Brawler had a truly memorable battle with one of the Execution Division Masters. These two legit beat each other into a bloody mess and we refuse to spoil who comes out alive in the end.

Golden Kamuy occasionally feels like it mirrors the insanity from shows like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and that is quite noticeable in one of the fights from season 3. In this battle, Sugimoto ends up going into an unconscious mindset and blindly throws his fists around. Gansoku—in his practically nude attire—goes to take down the berserk Sugimoto but the two end up in an intense fist flying match! This battle lasts for nearly a minute and a half but ends in a way Golden Kamuy fans should expect. Still, while the ending was laugh-out-loud silly, the battle itself was quite intense, showing Sugimoto is always a threat regardless of his disposition.

Itadori Yuuji is proving to himself—and to his fellow supernatural warriors—that with his new cursed power he is a force of sheer power. This is truly made obvious in episode 4 where Yuuji goes toe to toe with a Special Grade Curse being that seems to be a deadly threat. Yuuji does an admirable job of not using his cursed other-self to beat the foe but, eventually, he needs to unleash that inner demon and this is where the fight goes from amazing to epic! Don’t get us wrong, Jujutsu Kaisen has even more incredible fights but this one is what made us fall even further in love with this shounen series!
