- Recently, Kochikame has been tapped to be receiving some sort of new anime adapataion. It originally started in September, 1976 and has received countless anime adapataions, drama, movie, live stage, and more!
- With the announcement of the 200th volume going on sale, they have also announced that this will be final volume of the manga as it is coming to a close!
