What You Need to Know:

Studio Ponoc, a new studio formed of several staff from Studio Ghibli including Yoshiaki Nishimura, have announced their first work.
Titled Mary and The Witch's Flower (Mary to Majo no Hana), the anime movie is based on Mary Stewart'S The Little Broomstick, and will premiere in summer 2017.
The first key visual has been released above, alongside a promotional video which you can find below.
