What You Need to Know:
- The Official Boku no Hero Academia website has announced that the anime is going to be getting an original anime movie next summer with a completely original story!!
- The series creator, Kouhei Horikoshi, will be serving as head director for the movie as well as creator of original character designs for the movie. Serving under Horikoshi will be Kenji Nagasaki as a director. Yousuke Kuroda will be on scriptwriting, character design will be handled by Yoshihiko Umakoshi, and Yuuki Hayashi will be in charge of music. BONES is the animation studio in charge.
- As for seiyuu, the ones for Midoriya, All Might, Bakugou, Ochako, Tenya, and Todoroki have all been confirmed for the movie! Further announcements will be made at a later date including what exactly the story is going to be for the movie, so get excited and sit tight while we get more information!
