Synopsis
In 2014 Akira Natsume was a high school student who hated machines. Just as he decided to change himself, he was hit by a truck.
Fast forward to 2030. Police officer Minami Uezono and her android partner Alma have infiltrated a known trading location for the dangerous weapon "EX-ARM". After an attack by an EX-ARM No.08, they barely escape along with an EX-ARM No.00... will they manage to activate it?!

Akira Natsume : Souma Saitou
Akira was just a normal high school student who was bullied and hated technology. Just as he was going to start fixing his life, he was in an accident. The next thing he knows, he wakes up 16 years later in 2030 and the only part of his former self left is his brain. He's referred to as "EX-ARM No.00-α" and is suddenly amazing at hacking. However, he's also told that he was the reason Tokyo was destroyed. He decides to assist the EX-ARM Division in order to retrieve his memories and his body.
Minami Uezono: Mikako Komatsu
A police officer in the “EX-ARM Division”.
Alma: Akari Kitou
Minami’s partner. Alma was created in 2028, as the police and Iriya Industries worked together to create a female android police officer.
Soushi Shiga: Daisuke Namikawa
Section chief of the EX-ARM Division. He loathes EX-ARMs and considers them the enemy of humans, and thus keeps tracking down those who own EX-ARMs.
Chikage Rokuouin: Sumire Uesaka
Manager of the EX-ARM Division. Advisor to Shida.

Arisa is an engineer dispatched to the EX-ARM Division from Iriya Industries.
