- Finally after months of being teased, the Free! series has finally come forward to announce that the Iwatobi swim club boys are coming back with two new anime movies! The first is titled "Free! Timeless Medley- Kizuna" (Bond) and the second is titled "Free! -Timeless Medley- Yakusoku" (Promise).
- Free! Timeless Medley- Kizuna will debut April 22nd, and the subtitle is "There is a future that I want to see with you guys". Free! -Timeless Medley- Yakusoku will debut on July 1st and the subtitle is "There is a dream that I want to show them."
- The theme song has been confirmed to be Rising Free by Style Five. Style Five is Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa, Rei, and Rin. The best part too is that the cast and staff from the TV series will all be returning as well.
- Furthermore, there is also a special edition called "Free! -Take Your Marks-" that has also been confirmed for Fall of this year! What a treat for Free! fans!! Be sure to check out the PV below!
