Then one day, he is summoned to another world in the form of his character from Cross Reverie. There, two girls insist “I am the one who summoned you.” The two girls attempt to cast enslavement magic upon him in order to make him into a slave. But! Takuma’s passive ability (Reflect Magic) activates! Now the girls are the ones who are enslaved to Takuma…!?

The curtain rises now on the story of a (pretend) Demon King who plunges forward on an adventure in another world with his absolute power!

Takuma Sakamoto is sent to another world while playing a game one day. Two girls named Rem and Shera claim that they are the ones who have summoned him and are his master. Their enslavement magic backfires and they are now the slaves to him. A lot happens fast and now Diablo is incredibly overpowered and is helping both of these girls with their problems as well as his own desires. The anime actually aligns well with other series like Overlord, Danmachi, Konosuba, and even Log Horizon a bit. While Diablo is a bit awkward and it does shine through, it does make for a good story thus far. The worldbuilding is well done as well meaning that there is plenty to be enjoyed while watching. Be prepared though, the series does have all of the above mentioned going for it, but it’s blatantly fanservicey and is not apologizing about it. While we didn’t think this was going to make it past the three episode mark, we are pleasantly surprised to say that we did enjoy Dorei Majutsu and will continue to watch.

Diablo

Voice Actor: Masaaki Mizunaka

Diablo’s real name is Takuma Sakamoto. Previously, he boasted of an overwhelming amount of power as an ultra-tier player and was feared as the ‘Demon King’ within the MMORPG Cross Reverie. Now, he has been summoned to another world but in the form of his game character. He is a mixed race with maxed levels. Since he has poor communication skills, he proclaims himself to be the Demon King, just like in the game.

Rem Galeu

Voice Actor: Yuu Serizawa

Rem is a level 40 panther-human. Rem’s a travelling summoner and a cute girl of small stature with fluffy ears and a long tail that makes you think of a cat. She has a small chest and is hiding a massive secret in her tiny body. She too was trapped by a slavery necklace.

Shera L. Greenwood

Voice Actor: Azumi Waki

Shela’s a level 30 Elf. She’s a summoner and just as one would expect with her being an Elf, she excels at the bow and arrow. Originally, she was a delicate Elf, but her large boobs beg otherwise. She is a female member of a high class family, but she is somehow trapped by a slavery necklace!?

Alicia Crystella

Voice Actor: Yumi Hara

Alicia is a national knight under the direct control of the king. Alicia is gifted with intelligence and beauty and is the daughter of a Duke. She excels at communication and is a model knight that treats everyone with the same level of courtesy.

Sylvie

Voice Actor: Rumi Ookubo

Sylvie is of the Grasswalker race and is the head of the Feltra Adventurer’s Association. She is the one who gives quests to Diablo and his party. Her age is unknown.

Edelgard

Voice Actor: Emiri Katou

Edelgard is a wizard. She stands in the way of Diablo as a powerful enemy. She is scheming to revive the real Demon King.

Klem

Voice Actor: Atsumi Tanezaki

Klem is a young girl who loves biscuits. She has lost some of her memories.

Celestine Baudelaire

Voice Actor: Ayaka Senbongi

Celestine is a noble and the head of the Magician Association. Using her magic, she puts up a barrier to protect the city of Faltra from magicians and magical beasts.
