He is flawless and every department frequently relies on him for help. He is good at transformations and can easily take on nine different forms for different uses.

Oryou

Oryou is a Yuki Onna (Snow Woman) who is the proprietress-to-be of Tenjiya. She has a high-handed way of speaking and acting, but, she does have her moments of childish self-indulgence. She takes care of her physical appearance before her work duties. Unlike how she appears, she is a massive glutton. While yearning after Oudana, she is also aiming to marry into wealth and power.

Akatsuki

Akatsuki is a tsuchigumo (earth spider) who works as the head clerk at Tenjinya. He can become mad easily and take on a rude tone and way of speaking, but no matter the circumstances, he diligently faces every task as a meddling hard-worker. He idolizes Oudana and is very weak when it comes to his sister. He is the youngest, and yet, the management has high hopes for him.

Byakuya

Byakuya is a veteran whom everyone looks up to at Tenjinya. He is the head of reception and knows every single last detail about the finances of the inn. He is extremely strict with an enormous amount of knowledge. Formerly, he worked for the imperial court of demons, but he ended up taking care of all of those around him in Hachiha due to the fact that there were few who were a match for him. He immediate disregards those with no promise and believes in investing in those with potential.
