Why You Should Watch Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season (Teasing Master Takagi-san 2nd Season)

1. Cute Moments

Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season is filled with so many cute moments with not just the teasing moments between Takagi and Nishikata, but with the entire cast. Mina's group of friends gets a segment each episode that we get to enjoy and there are some great moments with Nishikata's friends. We even get some cute moments from the new additions to the cast, Hamaguchi and Hojo. It is just nice to sit back and relax as all of these cute moments unfold and warm your heart.

2. Romantic Development

The teasing scenes in Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season get a nice change from the first season. At least once per episode, a teasing scene is dedicated to the romantic development between Takagi and Nishikata. Most of the time this revolves around Takagi trying to get Nishikata to hold her hand, things really pick up in episode 11 where all of this build-up culminates in Nishikata asking Takagi on a date.

3. Takagi and Nishikata

One of the biggest changes in Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season is the dynamic between Takagi and Nishikata. Takagi's teasing is a lot different and she even goes out of her way to try and let Nishikata win some of their bets. All of Takagi's teasing seems to come from a place of romantic interest instead of coming off as being malicious.

Why You Should Skip Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season (Teasing Master Takagi-san 2nd Season)

1. Repetitive Story

Every episode of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Second Season feels the same. Outside of a few moments in the last two episodes, all of the episodes feel incredibly similar and they don't do anything to change up the usual formula. This can lead to the anime getting boring fast, especially if you are watching more than one episode at a time.

2. Lack of Comedy

While the romantic portions of the series are nice, there just aren't that many memorable comedy scenes in the series. The teasing scenes don't provide the same comedic punch they did in the first season. Most of the comedy in the series comes from the one segment each episode featuring Mina and her friends. This might not be a negative aspect of the series for everyone, but if you are coming in expecting to get a ton of laughs you may be disappointed.
