- After nothing since last December, more information has come out regarding the Prince of Tennis BEST GAMES!! OVA series that is starting this year.
- The "BEST GAMES!!" installments will re-tell some of the most popular and intense battles that have appeared across the series throughout the many years it has been around. The first round is going to re-tell the Tazuka vs Atobe match from the Kanto regional tournament.
- Keiichirou Kawaguchi will be the director with Mitsutaka Hirota being in charge of the script as well as series composition. The announcement today came with a new, revisioned key visual as well as the reveal that the OVA, while it goes on sale October 26th, it will hit theaters August 24th for a two week run.
