Pinball platformer Yoku's Island Express joins Team17's games label!

What You Need to Know:

• The folks at Team17 have been on a hot streak lately, right after their successful release of Yooka Laylee. They've now partnered up with Swedish develop Villa Gorilla to bring you folks the upcoming title, Yoku's Island Exress!
• This pinball platform game stars Yoku the Dung Beetle, as you must flip and bump the tiny protagonist around a beautifully hand-painted island, in hopes to rebuild your post office, discover the mystery of the Fruit Altar, and wake an old god from its deep slumber.
• Yoku’s Island Express is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch™ and PC in 2018. Fortunately you don't have to wait long for a trailer, because we have one for you! Check it out below!

Meet our hero Yoku the Dung Beetle who has arrived on Mokumana Island to relieve the resident pterodactyl postmaster of his duties. He’s ready for the easy life, soaking up the sun and delivering parcels on a tropical paradise!

However, he’ll quickly discover that an ancient Island deity is trapped in a restless sleep, and a host of colourful, quirky islanders are plagued by quakes and storms brought forth by its nightmares. It’s all down to Yoku to traverse the island using a unique blend of pinball mechanics and open world exploration, in an amazing quest to help those in need!

I'm really loving the art direction Yoku's Island Express has taken. It really stands in a league of its own, and the gameplay itself is truly a unique one.

Yeah, I'm eager to know more about the gameplay because a pinball platformer is totally new to me.
