How chapter 24 of Samurai 8: Hachimaru Den was destined to start shouldn’t have surprised anyone reading this series. Hachimaru and Ryu wasted no time to begin their destined rematch and the battle was truly a spectacle to behold! Ryu made it clear that Hachimaru wasn’t going to win with his old tricks he saw before but Hachimaru was ready for this duel. Rather than use old fashioned sword swings and moves, Hachimaru dug deep into his gaming past and unleashed some new moves catching Ryu off-guard. Despite the two trading some blows, Hachimaru ultimately came out victorious and impressed our cat mentor Daruma. Hachimaru’s samurai mentor was so impressed by his courage and resolve that he forfeited leaving our young samurai the last one in the tournament. Our tourney creator wasted no time once notified of the last warrior left that he went into his ship and began his descent towards the planet. Simply put, it won’t be long before Hachimaru faces this tough new opponent and we truly can’t wait for an epic fight to start! Samurai 8: Hachimaru Den chapter 24 will hold us over till the next chapter of this tournament arc but while we wait let us examine our favorite moments from this chapter!
1. Round 2: Hachimaru Vs. Ryu
There wasn’t a doubt in our mind that chapter 23 of Samurai 8: Hachimaru Den would focus on the rematch between our two samurai. What we didn’t expect was that this fight was going to be so incredible. Despite not lasting for several chapters and wrapping up as quick as it started, Hachimaru and Ryu’s rematch was exciting and quite cool. Their fight should also show readers to never underestimate gamers. While we might play a lot of video games, that doesn’t mean we’re pushovers, and we can always perform some incredible feats when the time is right!
2. And Then…There Was One…
After Daruma’s forfeit, Hachimaru has now become the last surviving warrior in this battle royale. With that, our tournament host has begun his moves to meet his new competitor. Will our trainee samurai be able to stand toe to toe with this formidable foe? That excitement factor has us begging for chapter 25 and we know many of you readers couldn’t agree more!
Final Thoughts
Samurai 8: Hachimaru Den chapter 24 was a perfect rematch and an even better way to lead towards this epic battle royale finale. The next big match is coming between our new samurai warrior and a grizzled warrior who looks quite tough.
