Huamity has regained peace again, but the humans have demons serving them and the gods have less power? Oh man! This looks pretty epic I do have to say.

Huh Studio MAPPA did Garo. I kinda get the same vibe from these series.
honey's anime character
The peace of the world is fragile and that which was sealed needs to remain sealed in order to make sure peace remains while gods go at it with deamons and humans? This is similar to Noramgami for sure!

This was connected to Manaria Friends right? That anime that was cancelled two weeks before it went on air right?

Synopsis

The 2nd season of Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis.

That day, the world was covered in flames. Ten years have passed since then, and the times when people revered the gods has come to an end. Now, a new cast of characters take to the stage.

This is Mistarcia, a mysterious world where all kinds of beings, from humans to gods to demons, come together.

Ten years since the world narrowly avoided destruction by the revival of the Bahamut, a new human king has attacked the temple of the gods and assaulted the realm of the demons.

Developing from being on the brink of destruction to restoration, the imperial capital brought wealth to humans. Demons have become the key to its restoration, as well as slaves. Gods are losing believers, and therefore their power.

In this world which has lost its balance, what humans, gods, and demons believe is justice intersects...

Three Episode Impression

Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul takes place 10 years after the original anime. Kaisar has been promoted to captain of the Orlean Knights for King Charioce XVII, Bacchus is still a home for bounty hunters, Favaro is nowhere to be seen, and demons have been enslaved in the human capital. It is quite an interesting starting point considering how the last one left off.

Ten years is quite a bit of time though, so it shouldn’t be too surprising that some things have changed. In fact, this new beginning type of feeling is actually working really well for the show. It leaves room for surprises and creates a sense of mystery behind characters that we felt we knew. Those facts aside, it is pretty clear that the show is sticking to its guns when it comes to action and animation. Just like the first season, the first episode has a lot of action as powers are stolen and people shift into different beings. This time through, we have a young girl shifting from a human to a dragon. Keeping up with such rampant action scenes, is the smooth and detailed animation Overall, it will be interesting to see the amount of chaos that ensues as more people are introduced to the plot.
