Kenshirou Kasumi

Kenshirou is the 62nd Grand Master of Hokuto Shinken. He is known as Enma (Judge of the Afterlife) in Shanghai and feared greatly. He has both an incredible amount of power as well as extremely massive features, and as an heir to the Hokuto Shinken, he accepts his destiny as part of the unending fight.

Erika is a girl who has grasped the secret behind ‘the list of hope.’ Her whole family, save for her, was murdered for being entrusted with the list of hope. Ever since she was saved by Fei-Lan Liu, she has regained her smile.
Fei-Lan Liu
Voice Actor: Takehito Koyasu
Fei-Lan is a man who wields the Kyokujuuji Hijiri Fist which is a sect of the Hokuto Ryuuka-style. He is referred to and feared as the “Death Bird Demon,” but after being touched by the warmth of Erika, he decides to risk his own life in order to protect her.
Yasaka

Yasaka is a man who has inherited the Seito Gekken which was supposed to have died out 2000 years ago. He has a deep-seated hatred for the Hokuto.
Yu-Ling Pan
Voice Actor: Yumi Touma
Yu-Ling is the younger sister of Guang-Lin Pan and Kenshirou’s wife. She follows in the footsteps of the terrible fate of her older brother Guang-Lin, and becomes the commander-in-chief of Qing Bang. She has both unparalleled beauty and is full of kindness.
