Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls

The Fire Emblem series ever since it’s conception back in 1990 has given fans a lot to love with each release. For some fans, a new Fire Emblem game means new mechanics and story to look forward to. Equally, a new Fire Emblem games means new graphics and art to enjoy. However, here at Honey’s Anime one of the things we love the most about a new Fire Emblem title is the new characters. Though specifically, we’re looking forward to the new ladies to join the Fire Emblem franchise.

With that being said, to honor our favorite girls from the Fire Emblem series, we have decided to sit down and create a list. This list of Fire Emblem girls would take the dozens of female characters from the Fire Emblem games and try to solidify which are the best of the best. After hours of deliberation—and maybe some rude waifu comments—we have all agreed on a list of Fire Emblem girls we could be proud of. Welcome Fire Emblem fans to our Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls list. Let’s now see which of our choices made the list and why they deserved to be here.

10. Tiki from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon

  • System/Platform: Nintendo DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo Software Planning & Development, Alvion
  • Release: Aug 7, 2008

Many Fire Emblem fans might be scratching their head seeing us mention Tiki coming from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. While it’s not untrue that Tiki hails from the more recent Fire Emblem: Awakening title, she actually originally started in Fire Emblem 1 or better known as Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. A Manakete warrior—or shapeshifting Dragon—Tiki might look dainty but that is only her humanoid appearance. When Tiki is pushed she has no problems activating her Dragon form and laying waste to her enemies. However, we chose Tiki for our tenth spot for more than just her fighting skills.

Tiki, in several Fire Emblem games, has an important role. While not usually a starting character, Tiki usually shows up acting as a purveyor of wisdom. This makes Tiki a character that despite her young looks is actually quite old. Tiki also is worthy of our Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls list seeing as she is one of the most recurring girls of the series. Though just above her is one other girl who also shows up quite often and happens to be our number 9 spot.

9. Anna from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon

  • System/Platform: Nintendo DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD, Alvion
  • Release: Aug 7, 2008

Coming in at number nine is the red headed merchant girl, Anna. While rarely a usable character, Anna is an all too important character in the Fire Emblem lore. Nearly every game in the series has Anna somewhere roaming around selling various items and or info. In some of the later Fire Emblem titles—such as Awakening—she even joins the fray to fight alongside her companions. Cute, greedy and armed with a silver tongue, Anna is a true merchant through and through. Let us examine more reasons Anna is worthy for our list of lovely Fire Emblem female warriors.

Depending on the game, Anna wields different weapons and armaments. In Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Anna is given the class of Pegasus Knight and in Fire Emblem: Awakening she is consider a Merchant/Trickster. Regardless of her class, Anna uses her spry frame to move around in combat nimbly. In Fire Emblem Awakening, Anna actually has a pretty high starting luck stat making her dodge and hit pretty high. That means despite her lower defense, Anna can be pretty self-sufficient in battle. Thus, this is why at the end of the day Anna is a great girl from the Fire Emblem series and we’re sure many of you will agree. Though we wish her prices were a bit less extravagant at times…

8. Titania from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

  • System/Platform: Nintendo GameCube
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Apr 20, 2005

Clad in white and red armor, Titania enters the list with her giant axe at the ready. Acting as a mentor and companion for Ike—the main protagonist of Path of Radiance—Titania might look beautiful but she also is tough girl through and through. With a sad background of unrequited love and tough upbringings, Titania shows her pains with a usual half smile and distant stare. However, once a battle begins, Titania is your best bet for a tank-like warrior in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Need more proof of her greatness? Don’t worry we here at Honey’s Anime have you covered.

Titania is actually not in just one game. The crimson female Axe Paladin actually is in several Fire Emblem games. Some of these include Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn—a sequel to Path of Radiance—and even the mobile Fire Emblem game known as Fire Emblem: Heroes. Whether on the GameCube or on a cellular phone, Titania dons her strength and defense in any Fire Emblem game making her one of the toughest girls here on our Fire Emblem Girls list. Now only if they make her a DLC character for Fire Emblem: Warriors and we’d be happy.

7. Celica from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems
  • Release: Apr 20, 2017

Some might say priestess in Fire Emblem can’t be tough. That rule though doesn’t apply to Celica from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Born with a special mark on her hand, Celica has always been destined for an important fate. The fact that Celica is starts with a small dagger and tomes means she has power from either range or up close. Celica also has more to her than combat prowess and we wish to talk about that a bit.

From the beginning of Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia—originally known as Fire Emblem: Gaiden—Celica shows her true nature. Cute, smart and just a tad bold, Celica is a pretty amazing girl of the Fire Emblem series. Celica’s past is riddled with a large weight on her shoulders and a loneliness from it. Despite this though, Celica still acts proper and even befriends those of lower status than her while she hides away from those who pursue her. Celica thus easily makes our list of Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls. Though just keep this fact hidden from Faye as it might give her more reasons to be slightly jealous.

6. Azura from Fire Emblem Fates

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Jun 25, 2015

Fire Emblem Fates is one of the more peculiar titles of the Fire Emblem franchise. Acting as three separate games—Fire Emblem Birthright, Conquest and Revelations—Fire Emblem Fates truly is a large story with multiple endings and paths to take. However, regardless of those paths one female joins your group all the time in the form of Azura. With a mystical look and stunning long blue hair, Azura is easily one of the most recognizable girls of the Fire Emblem lineage. Though we here at Honey’s Anime aren’t shallow individuals and for any girl to make our list they must have other traits besides just outward appearances.

Azura’s character class in Fire Emblem Fates is the Songstress. While Azura’s attack might be weak it’s her other power that makes an invaluable asset to any team you make in Fire Emblem Fates. Azura can actually sing to any character next to her on the field of battle. Now you might think this is silly but in Fire Emblem Fates Azura’s song has the means of giving a unit another turn so they can act twice! Azura thus is both a stunning beauty and a true asset for anyone who plays Fire Emblem Fates.

5. Female Corrin from Fire Emblem Fates

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Jun 25, 2015

It’s no surprise that more recent Fire Emblem games such as Awakening and Fates have let players create their own custom avatars. Though one of the more popular choices of female characters ironically is the female avatar Corrin in Fire Emblem Fates. Many fans of Fire Emblem Fates have actually taken to saying on discussion boards that Corrin—again the female version—is actually one of the hottest girls in the Fire Emblem series and Fates as well. We here at Honey’s Anime also agree that female Corrin is indeed a stunning girl but we also like her for other reasons.

Not only can you customize Corrin to be your dream girl—with several options to choose from—female Corrin is easily one of the strongest girls in Fire Emblem Fates. With the ability to wield not only swords but transform into a mighty dragon, female Corrin is one tough warrior. Besides even all of that, female Corrin can be given a slew of different secondary classes at the transgression of the player making female Corrin a versatile class. That’s why here at Honey’s Anime we have many female Corrin players who choose her over the male version and we never question it. Female Corrin kicks butt and looks good doing it making her an easy choice for our number 5 spot.

4. Lucina from Fire Emblem Awakening

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Apr 19, 2012

Now many longtime fans of Fire Emblem games were pretty excited to see the hero known as Marth enter the battlefield in Fire Emblem Awakening, However, many fans—us included here at Honey’s Anime—though Marth look quite different than his original designs from Fire Emblem. Then we all were even more surprised to see Marth actually not being a male but instead was a girl named Lucina from the future. Who is this mysterious Lucina and why is she so great? Don’t worry we’re going to explain.

Lucina as we mentioned is actually a girl who hails from a distant future in Fire Emblem Awakening’s world. During Lucina’s future, Grima—a powerful evil being—has been resurrected and without one of the five Fire Emblem Gemstones, the ability to defeat Grima becomes impossible. Using portals called the Outrealm Gates, Lucina goes back in time to meet with her father and prevent her future from coming to fruition. Brandishing a mask and the mighty Falchion handed to her by her father, Lucina joins Chrom and the Avatar as they attempt at changing the future. Lucina might be one of the younger girls of our list but with wicked sword skills, a tough resolve and great stats—seriously Lucina is a great unit—Lucina is indeed a great girl from the even great Fire Emblem series.

3. Lyndis from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade

  • System/Platform: Nintendo GBA, Wii U (Nintendo Shop)
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems
  • Release: Apr 25, 2003

In the west, Fire Emblem didn’t reach our shores till the seventh title of the series released. Known as Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, this would be the first Fire Emblem game ever to be enjoyed in America and would also give us one of the best girls ever in the form of Lyndis or better known as Lyn by fans. Lyn is a Lord class making her a swordswoman with some ferocious sword skills. Once Lyn obtains the legendary blade Mani Katti, her sword skills become the best of the characters—both male and female—in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade.

Now Lyn might be originally from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade but her popularity has made her a character has shown up in several other titles. Not only can Lyn be summoned in Fire Emblem Heroes, but she’s also a playable character in the latest Fire Emblem Warriors game that released on the Nintendo Switch and New Nintendo 3DS. That’s why when we began this list of Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls we knew Lyn needed to be on her. We also can feel many of you fans of Lyn are indeed ecstatic that she made the top 3, you welcome for that.

2. Tharja from Fire Emblem Awakening

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Apr 19, 2012

Whether she’s casting her spells on the battlefield or off, Tharja has made a name for herself in the world of Fire Emblem. Hailing from Fire Emblem Awakening, this Dark Mage is both a stunning knockout and a tough warrior. Acting as the unofficial stalker—though official in her mind—of the avatar in Fire Emblem Awakening, Tharja has taken the 2nd spot on our list for a reason folks. Now let us examine closely what makes Tharja so perfect. We also promise we’re not saying this because of any hexes Tharja may or may not have put on us…

Dark Mages aren’t new to Fire Emblem but Tharja has some power that makes most of those other mages look like jokes. Able to wield the powerful dark tomes such as Nosferatu, Tharja as she levels up can become a mage that can decimate her enemies in one turn. If we go back to her looks—which we don’t mind doing—Tharja also can decimate the hearts of gamers everywhere. That’s why we’re still not surprised by Nintendo having to change a swimsuit scene with Tharja to keep things a bit more PG with those who play Fire Emblem Awakening.

1. Camilla from Fire Emblem Fates

  • System/Platform: Nintendo 3DS
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Developer: Intelligent Systems, Nintendo SPD
  • Release: Jun 25, 2015

If you’ve played Fire Emblem Fates you know there are quite a few girls to choose from. Though only one of those girls comes out on top and equally trumps all the girls of the Fire Emblem series. That’s why at number one on our Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls list comes Camilla. The Malig Knight with a weird brother/sister complex, Camilla has dashed through all the other girls on our list without much of an issue. While stunning looks might help Camilla in a best-looking girl contest, there’s more to this Nohrian princess then just a nice body.

Camilla is a tough and scary warrior in Fire Emblem Fates. Brandishing an axe that’s nearly her size and riding on a Wyvern, Camilla might make you drool at first glance but then make you run as she heads to claim your life. Despite this scary personality, Camilla is a truly important character in keeping Corrin alive and safe. Camilla even early on states that her brother—or sister if you choose female—is more important than anything else and she proves this time and time again in both the Conquest story and even in Birthright. That’s why we’re sure many of you won’t be too questioning of us making the battle crazed beauty Camilla the best girl of our Top 10 Fire Emblem Girls list.
