What You Need to Know:

• "Sorry Subs. You're Not #1." Summer anime well.... let's just say this was no spring or winter. That being said twitter has this interesting function where it naturally keeps track of tweets.
• Even more interesting is that twitter can break down by hashtags naturally and even further, it can break down and group tweets based on what people are saying in individual tweets. So that is what someone did with twitter's metrics to see what the most tweeted about summer anime were.
• The end results are quite interesting. The following ranking is based on the number of tweets that were sent out per minute while the show was on air. It seems the twittersphere really like certain things and to be frank while #2 may be popular, #1 had over three times the amount of tweets as #2. So do with that information what you will. Let's get into this ranking now though!
