About HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Mouse Pad
HyperX has been around for 18 years and specializes in gaming peripherals and accessories from headsets, keyboards, mice, microphones, and more, and operates under the tagline “WE’RE ALL GAMERS”. This time, they have a new mouse pad for us all to enjoy and we can tell you that it is probably one of the best gaming mouse pads we’ve experienced so far. Let’s give you all a little information about the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad.
Overview of the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Mouse Pad
The HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad is also compatible with the HyperX NGENUITY software as the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad features two lighting zones that are customizable. In fact, there is an onboard memory button that allows you to up to save up to three lighting profiles and the button is a touch-sensor as well. This makes it easy to switch over to different profiles you created for the perfect lighting setup you can possibly have. Plus, the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB comes in an XL size which is the one we have and it is perfect for gaming as it covers a large area.
Our Experience
After playing games for hours on end and many types of games that allow for extensive and rapid mouse movements, we can absolutely say this is a must-have for those looking for the perfect addition to their setup. The HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad will definitely outperform itself when competing in tournaments or casually playing with your friends. Through the HyperX NGENUITY software, you are able to adjust the brightness of the lights in case they are too bright while gaming or typing on the keyboard in general.
Throughout our experience, the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad never moved an inch and we were kind of raging while gaming. This definitely made us happy as we have had our fair share of mouse pads that moused around, folded unexpectedly, or just plain felt horrible to game on. Not with the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad.
Now, there is just one thing about the mouse pad that was noticeable and affected us enough to warrant this experience we had with the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB mouse pad, and that is the plastic line stitching which basically holds the materials and RGB lighting in place and together. While durable and hard to notice for appearance purposes, the plastic line actually protrudes ever so slightly that when you are moving your arm on the edge of the mouse pad, it will rub and give you an irritation like a rash after a while...
