What You Need to Know:
- The first ever virtual reality theatre is opening tomorrow in video game arcade Taito Station in Seven Park Ario Kashiwa in Chiba prefecture.
- As of now, there are sixteen different types of content on offer including Ghost in the Shell Virtual Reality Diver, an Attack on Titan 360º experience, and the horror movie Ghost Theater in 360º.
- For those lucky enough to be in Japan, prices start from ¥300 per VR session. You first go to the counter and rent a VR headset and any other gear needed, before going to one of the specialised booths. Have fun!
This is pretty cool! I hope it's successful so VR Theaters start opening in other places, too!
Yeah, it's great for people who don't have or can't afford VR gear of their own. I want to watch the Attack on Titan one!!
