This anime is more or less what we wanted from Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou, but did not get. Lewd comedy scenes, plenty of ghosts, and everyone is genderswapped. The anime doesn’t appear to have some overarching story, but it might come later. If you are watching for the fanservice, then you are set. The story feels a bit like Love Hina as well, so let’s see what happens from here on out!
