On the outside, Umaru is a perfect high school student gifted with beauty and intelligence that everyone loves. However, her true form is that at home, she spends her lazy two-faced sister existence surrounded by what she loves: anime, video games, cola and more. Other than her older brother Taihei, not a single human alive knows of this side to her.

Taihei Doma

Taihei is Umaru’s older brother with whom she lives. He is a company employee. Gentle and punctual, while going to work, he also handles all household chores. Despite chiding Umaru over her lazy existence, he also warmly watches over her.

Nana Ebina

Voice Actor: Akari Kageyama

Ebina is Umaru’s classmate. She is from Akita Prefecture and she lives on the first floor of the same apartment building as Umaru. Shy, she often retreats into her thoughts while being extremely gentle. She has quite the tenacious appetite.

Kirie Motoba

Voice Actor: Sayaka Shiroishi

Kirie is another of Umaru’s classmates. She does not speak much and always is intently staring at things. She floats by in class, but in reality, she is extremely shy.

Sylphinford Tachibana

Voice Actor: Yurina Yoshikawa

Sylphinford is another of Umaru’s classmates. For some reason, she views Umaru as a rival and is always challenging her to battles. She is the daughter of a respectable family, but a bit of a showoff (?) However, she also can be a bit of an airhead.
