Joshiochi is a seinen series about a very lucky Sousuke who moves into a rundown apartment building. As luck would have it, just after moving in, a girl falls through the roof and right onto his crotch. He gets hella lucky and scores with her. Only to then later score with the landlady. It seems that they are trying to keep each other away from him. Not to mention, too… there is the childhood friend who is also going to stop by.
