There’s a lot of new stuff in the Battle Pass this time around, and it’s got folks saying Fortnite Season 6 is the best one yet. This Battle Pass is filled with unlocks like the new Pets, Pickaxes, Skins, and even Music. There are also some other unlocks that aren’t specifically advertised that you’ll only get by following clues and paying attention. If you want to attain absolutely everything in Fortnite Season 6, we’re going to go into just how you can do that.
Calamity and Dire skins
First there were the Carbide and Omega skins, then Drifter and Ragnarok, and finally, we have Calamity and Dire. These two skins represent the first and last unlocks at Tier 1 and Tier 100. They are the most customizable skins and the hardest to unlock fully. There’s only one way to get the maximum amount of detail and upgrades on these two skins: play the game.
Both Calamity and Dire come with unlocks that are achieved by completing both a certain number of season level experience points as well as having completed a certain number of Battle Pass challenges. After meeting these criteria, you’ll unlock styles, pickaxes, and different color variations. You can preview these in the challenge menu and Battle Pass, so if you want to know what you’re working towards then take a look.
Exclusive Banners
In Season 5, completion of each week’s challenges revealed the hidden location of a Hidden Battle Star hiding somewhere on the map, only available to those who proved themselves worthy by completing all the challenges leading up to it. After Week 7, the unlocks changed to Banners, the icons that decorate your name in the lobby and results screen. It’s unclear what the change has been from Week 1 and 2 of Season 6, but Week 2 only provided a Banner while Week 1 offered a Battle Pass tier. If you want to unlock everything, you’re going to have to complete the challenges and see what they provide.
Hidden Road Trip Skin
Remember The Visitor? That skin was the first hidden skin that came in Season 4. The Visitor created a world-changing event that opened rifts in the sky which led to the Cube finding its way to the map. The Visitor skin was the reward for completing a number of challenges, and it was proceeded in Season 5 with the Enforcer skin. We don’t know what skin lies in store this season, but it will require 10 weeks of challenges, so it should hopefully be something amazing.
Final Thoughts
There’s so much to unlock and so many rewards to attain. Even if you don’t opt to purchase the Battle Pass, just playing the game will net you some cool stuff. What have been your thoughts on Fortnite Season 6 so far? Let us know in the comments!
