Synopsis
There is a corner of a park within Ueno. There, various species of trees as well as flowers flourish, and… a secret base of an organization exists. The people in charge of the base are three elementary school girls. Yes, they are known as Colors!! Colors is an organization that exists to protect the peace of Ueno. Day and night, (just kidding. They are only out till sunset.) they run around Ueno as allies of justice!!
