What You Need to Know:
- A little quirky humor is all we need sometimes, especially during times like these when a lot of us are going through some rough patches. Luckily for us we have the legend himself Eiichiro Oda showing his support to his fans by shedding light on the current COVID-19 situation, but also reminding us that everything is still on track regarding the manga. From the tweet above, titled 'One Piece's Measures Concerning Coronavirus', much of the text states that Oda-san is still drawing every day but due to the limitations the current situation has presented, a lot of the progress has been halted severly. He streses however that in spite of all this he is doing his best to ensure things are reorganized to keep the manga going.
- Regarding the anime, he mentions that progress has also been interrupted but that things should still continue in spite of all that's transpiring. He concludes the post by letting everyone know to stay home and read the first 61 volumes since they're currently free here in Japan (sorry for those in the west), in order to get through the day. He wishes everyone to be safe and well in body and mind.
- Apparently Luffy's full name is Monkey Self D.isciplined Luffy...It all makes sense now..Anyway, stay positive everyone!
