Synopsis
Futaba Igarashi is a young office lady who is constantly annoyed by her senpai at work, Takeda. He’s a tad rough around the edges but always has her back. Not a day goes by where Igarashi doesn’t find Takeda annoying, however he has his not so bad moments too. She finds herself growing closer to Takeda, but isn’t able to be honest with him. The subtle sense of distance between the two is simply agonizing!

Futaba Igarashi: Tomori Kusunoki
A 22-year-old office lady going into her third year at the company. She’s always paired up with her annoying senpai, Takeda, but deep down she relies on him. She’s somewhat strong-willed, but is bothered by her tiny stature which hasn’t changed much since elementary school. She gets jealous of her stylish coworker Sakurai and her friend Natsumi.
Harumi Takeda: Shunsuke Takeuchi
Igarashi’s work senpai. As an employee he’s trustworthy and reliable, however he can be crude and insensitive at times. Igarashi feels annoyed by him. He did judo when he was a student and is a red and white belt holder.
Touko Sakurai: Saori Hayami
Works at the same company Igarashi does and has more seniority. Touko and Kazama entered the company at the same time. She thinks of Igarashi as a kouhai, and often lends her an ear. She is secretly in love with Kazama.
Souta Kazama: Reiou Tsuchida
Another one of Igarashi’s senpai at work. He always seems out of it and his facial expressions hardly ever change. In his student days he was on the basketball team. He’s good with his hands and skilled at origami. He has feelings for Touko.
Natsumi Kurobe: Reina Aoyama
Igarashi’s best friend from middle school and a top-level gamer. She constantly meddles in Igarashi’s business but deep down she cares a lot about her, often giving her advice.
Yuto Sakurai: Yui Horie
Touko's younger brother. His appearance looks similar to Touko, and has a beauty spot under his left eye. He's not good with sports, but likes basketball. He is going through adolescence and worries about various things. He moved to the town where his sister is when he entered high school.
Mona Tsukishiro: Aoi Koga
Touko's colleague and a friend. She has a unique tone and atmosphere that makes her mysterious. She often hears about Futaba from Touko.
