One day, unidentified things called "Pillars" appear in the world and threaten all kinds of life on Earth. Human beings are gradually being driven to extinction, but unexpectedly, the God called "Odin" reaches out for humanity to save them. Odin declares a counter-attack on the "Pillars" and gives humanity girls named "Walküres" who can fight the "Pillars" and airplanes called "Eirei-ki" (Hero Wings) which become the wings of the "Walküres" fighting in the air.

Years later, the battle between humanity and the "Pillars" still continues, the Walküres fly and fight in the sky, and men support girls to save the world at the risk of their lives and Japan isn't an exception. Three Walküres confront a imposing Pillar on Mt. Fuji. All of them are quite skilled, but each of them has a troublesome character. And then, an ace pilot with some particular problems arrives from Europe and the story begins.
