Studio4℃'s New Movie Kaijuu no Kodomo (Children of the Sea) Replaces Main Character Seiyuu

What You Need to Know:

  • The official website for the upcoming movie from Studio4℃ and Ayumu Watanabe, Kaijuu no Kodomo (Children of the Sea), has announced that the voice actor for Sora has been replaced. Originally it was Airu Kubozuka who was supposed to voice Sora, but now it has changed over to Seishuu Uragami.
  • The series also stars Hiiro Ishibashi and Mana Ashida as the oter two main characters, Umi, and Ruka Azumi, respectively. The movie will debut June 7th in Japan before making a debut in the US later this year.
  • Joe Hisaishi will be composing music and working along with Kenichi Konishi who is in charge of character design. Check out the breathtaking trailer below!
