Dubbed the “White Knight” Suzaku Kururugi is all for being the hero that everyone needs but quite often falls victim to having an inferiority complex. This has been shown, as he often will get decimated by gangs as long as it means he can keep his friends safe from harm. Takemichi was born June 25 and he truly proves the ideals of the cancer zodiac are accurate.

Denki aka Chargebolt is one of the seemingly weaker My Hero Academia character—as his Electrification Quirk has a huge flaw—but that doesn’t stop the cool Denki from being the hero others need him to be. Despite his potential to become a hindrance if he overuses his power, Denki will join his friends and go against any villain small or large. Denki is a social butterfly as he tries to act cool and suave to impress the ladies and his UA buddies but don’t ever forget he’s a hero-in-training and will step up to save anyone in need of a hero!

Before he became the demon slayer we all know and love, Tanjirou Kamado was just a normal guy who tried his best for his family to keep them safe and happy. After losing most of his family due to a demon, Tanjirou began to toughen up to keep Nezuko—his only sister now turned demon—alive and find a means to revert her odd transformation. Tanjirou is the exact definition of a cancer by being extremely protective of his kid sister but can often feel defeated before any challenge due to his rollercoaster of emotions. Nevertheless, Tanjirou isn’t to be trifled with and can show not to get on the wrong side of a male cancer when they have something they can’t lose!

Volleyball player Shouyou Hinata usually can be found acting goofy, fun, and cheerful when he’s not playing volleyball but the minute he steps on the court…that demeanor changes. Shouyou might not be a fighter in the literal sense but when it comes to playing volleyball this young man doesn’t play around. Shouyou gets a bit extreme when he’s playing volleyball but he never forgets that his emotions need to be kept in check lest he wishes to overthink his moves which will cost him and his team. Shouyou is the guy you’d want on any team as he brings confidence that will bolster a team’s morale and he will play at 100% no matter how simple the match is.

Weevil Underwood is the epitome of the negative traits of a Cancer. While he is not strictly pessimistic, he imagines a world that is full of the evil that he has created. Weevil is manipulative as demonstrated with his interactions with Yugi. He is suspicious of everyone and is driven by evil deeds. Weevil is an underhanded villain that represents the worst traits of a Cancer and because of this he has earned himself a spot at the bottom of our list.

America is an interesting character in Hetalia. He is shown to be somewhat dimwitted for a majority of the time and dreams of heroes and justice. He is very nosy and loves to eavesdrop on others and make gossip out of their problems. This can cause him to have somewhat strained relationships with the other countries. America is loyal when it suits him and is shown to be occasionally persuasive. His tenacity is unmatched by the other countries as he is extremely upbeat and social. Kotetsu is an extremely shallow male when it comes to love. His past luck with women has left him with a sour taste in his mouth and entirely unsatisfied. Just when he was going to give up any luck with love, Kotetsu meets Hayate. This bro-mance turns into a lesson that will change Kotetsu for the better. He is loyal to Hayate and loves to listen to his guidance. He proves to be insecure when dealing with anything related to love and is extremely suspicious of women. His character is all over the board when it comes to his personality which lets him exhibit many of both the positive and negative traits of a Cancer.

Haruka chooses to live his life dedicated to swimming. While he is loyal to his few friends, he prefers seclusion and takes great pride in his swimming ability. He can be pessimistic but when his friends need him, he is always there. Haruka Nanase is not a suspicious individual and is very easy to see through. He is loyal and there is not much that he is hiding. Haruka is a true and loyal friend when it counts and harbors no hidden agendas. These traits make him an admirable Cancer.

Izuku is initially a quiet boy who is very reserved. While he seeks to be a hero, he misses the vital Quirk. However, in order to overcome this, he develops exceptional leadership skills which leads him to have many of the positive traits of the Cancer. Izuku is loyal and soon learns to express his emotions. He is also extremely sympathetic to those in need regardless of their past behavior towards him. Izuku represents many of the positive aspects of a Cancer and is an admirable character among all signs.

Aoi likes to dress up as a girl and has a large social media following. Because of his wish though, he is highly criticized by his own family. While Aoi is extremely moody and temperamental, he is also loyal to his friends when they need him. Although he does it in a way to make him seem like they owe him for his help. He loves beautiful and cute things and is sympathetic to those in need. This imaginative male embodies many of the traits of a Cancer.

Ichigo’s personality varies a lot as he passes through the different stages of his life. He was a mama’s boy when he was younger and he kept this familial loyalty throughout his life. However, in his teenage years Ichigo grew impulsive and temperamental. This moodiness is characteristic of a Cancer. However, he showed little emotion as he grew and the scowl that he is known for became a permanent feature. Despite his cold appearance, he is sympathetic and compassionate towards others. His loyalty and compassion allow him a spot on our list.

When Tsukune ends up at a monster school, he, as a human, is in over his head. Only with the help of his harem of friends can he stay alive. This also helps to bring out his innate nature. While he may seem wimpy and weak, Tsukune is extremely loyal and emotional. He is insecure but will fight to defend his friends. He enjoys helping his friends even though he knows there is not much that he can do to defend them. Tsukune is the glue that holds his group together and they are all stronger because of him. These traits make Tsukune an excellent Cancer.

Spike Spiegel may seem like an outlaw who only loosely follows the law but he resembles a Cancer very well. He has few friends but treats them as though they are his family and will defend them against anyone. He puts up a hard exterior while being sympathetic to others when they deserve it. He is also very persuasive and this allows for him to succeed in situations where there are prisoners before resorting to violence. Spike can be extremely moody but his loyalty is unmatched. These traits put him towards the top of our list of Cancers.

Akira’s loyalty towards Jun is second to none. After she rescued him off the streets, she became a mother figure to him and his entire drive is for her sake. His instinctive sense of smell allows him to be exceptionally creative with his creations. He has been shown to be manipulative when he is trying to achieve a better life for himself and Jun but it always leads back to his unwavering loyalty. He is inherently moody which is another strong aspect of a Cancer as seen by him easily losing his temper. He tops our list of Cancers because he exhibits both the positive and negative aspects of a typical Cancer.
